We want you to love your Airmoto fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
